Bucky Dent

Known by Boston fans as Bucky "F@#$" Dent, the light hitting shortstop broke their hearts in the 1978 one game playoff when he connected with Mike Torrez' hanging curve to send a pop fly over Fenway Park's Green Monster. This gave the Yankees a remarkable come from behind division title and added fuel to the fabled "Curse of the Bambino."
