| Playing from 1910-30, Elwood "Bingo"
DeMoss was a stellar 2nd baseman with the Indianapolis ABC's and
the Chicago American Giants. Regarded as the greatest defensive
second baseman in the Negro Leagues, he doesn't get as much notice
because of his weak hitting--an estimated .236 lifetime batting
